I'd like use the TCA 355 for proximity switch product. Could you please provide manual regarding how to calculate inductive distance of components TCA355? and how to steady the inductive distance caused by ambient temperature variation? any compensation design proposal?
Show LessIs there a product available in the market today for controlling lights in a home via powerline communications? Below is link from infineon website which references this. I would like to know more about that is available today and will appreciate anyone who can guide me on this. I have looked & was not able to find any real products. What are the roadblocks to developing a real solution?

Show LessDoes Infineon have comparison table or tools to help compare package dimensions and trade-offs?
Ideally, the comparison information would be in a table to facilitate parametric search capabilities and list:
- Package type or name (e.g. BGA, TQFP, QFN...)
- Physical package body (e.g. 8.0 x 8.0 mm)
- Recommended space on PCB (including area for landing pads. Note that a 7x7mm 48-TQFP will take more PCB area than a 8x8mm 68 -QFN due to gull wing pins on the TQFP.)
- Number of Pins
- Process technology required to use the package (this may be due to pin separation or under package soldering...)
- Which Infineon devices are offered in each package
- Other technology comparisons or notes describing tradeoffs with technologies
Any links to similar web pages, applications notes, or selection criteria would be appreciated.

Show LessInfineon offers a 4 channel ESD/Transient/Surge protection for 10/100/1G Ethernet in TVS3V3L4U @ https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/esd-and-surge-protection/surge-protection-devices/tvs3v3l4u/.
Does Infineon have a protection recommendation for 10G Ethernet applications?
Has the TVS3V3L4U been tested with 10G Ethernet?
I'm assuming the greatest issue of using the protection on higher bandwidth signals is likely signal degradation. Are there recommended design or board layout techniques that could mitigate signal degradation.

Show LessHi,
I tried using the ISO15693 command 0x20 to read the block, but it was unsuccessful. I saw the other post it supposed to support the command set. I know this chip has both secured memory and plain memory area, how do I address the plain memory area? Do I need the sector select command?
Thanks.

Show LessSorry if I didn't ask in the correct section.
I am designing an H bridge circuit to control a peltier cell, I use an IRFR3410TRPBF and a WCDSC006XUMA1 half bridge driver, I am putting an LC filter at the output of the H bridge and avoid noise in the peltier cell and I am calculating the value of the capacitor from
bootstrap, the problem I have is that the peltier cell consumes a current of about 8.12 A with a voltage of 24V, I put two 220uF capacitors in parallel in the LC filter, but I don't know if they will be damaged when it is in operation, I wanted put electrolytic SMD capacitors on it, but I'm afraid they'll explode, can the smd capacitors withstand the current of 8A? Or should I use other types of capacitors? and the other problem is that I want to put an SMD capacitor as a bootstrap and I'm not sure if it will withstand the current to turn on the MOSFET.
I would also like to know if there are Inifineon component libraries for use in Eagle and where I can download them.
thanks for your help
Excuse me, I forgot to tell you that I will control the peltier cell with PWM and that's why I use the LC filter
Please provide SGS report of ESD251-B1-W0201
I have laser sensor. I want to detect pulse signals below 10ns with MCU. What criteria are important for the MCU to detect this signal? e.g Instruction cycle speed, Clock speed or GPIO speed... Which one? or what is important?
Many thanks in advance.
