USB005 programmer SW update issue

We have a problem with update process of the programmer - USB005.
We use 'IR PowIRCenter' software. It was requested by SW to update, we start the process and it's stopped (the program was frozen). We restart the SW, but the device is not working and we can't restart the update procedure (error message - 'USBxxx_PowlRCenter.hex is missing').
And in the bottom of the window in the FW cell we see note – “bootloader” initially it was FW version here.
How we can repaire this programmer?
Where we can found FW for Silabs C8051F342 MCU?

the issue was solved and this task can be closed. we found FW in folder with SW and successfully updated this programer

I have this issue too when click update firm ware and GUI shows 'USBxxx_PowlRCenter.hex is missing'
And bottom of GUI show Bootloder when change PC still found same issue.
