TC377TP LIN not working

Hello,

In our project TC377TP micro is used. LIN1 is configured for LIN communication. Port pin 11.10 is Rx and 11.12 is Tx.
CANoe is showing invalid sync byte error.

What can be reason for the sync byte error.
