Hello everyone,

I am evaluating with DEV_KIT_NAC1080.

https://www.infineon.com/cms/jp/product/evaluation-boards/dev_kit_nac1080/

Currently, I can access NAC1080 by registering 3 smartphones.
What is the maximum number of smartphones that can be used?

Best Regards

Hi,

The number of smartphones depends on the available NVM (the size of available NVM depends on the developed firmware). So, there is no exact number of smartphones that can be registered.

Thanks,
Ajeeth

Hi, Ajeeth

Thank you for your answer.

I understand this number of available smartphones is determined by the available NVM size.
For example :
In the case of the demo FW written to DEV_KIT_NAC1080, what is the maximum number of smartphones that can be used?

Hi, Ajeeth

>The number of smartphones depends on the available NVM (the size of available NVM depends on the developed firmware).
You answered that the number of smartphones that can be registered differs depending on the NVM size that can be used.
In the case of the demo firmware, since there is no limit on the number of compatible smartphones, does that mean that sufficient NVM can be used?

Hi,

In the demo firmware, the smartphone details are not stored and hence the number of smartphones is unlimited even though the NVM size is limited.

Thanks,

Hi, Ajeeth

Thank you for your answer.

I understand in the demo firmware, the number of smartphones that can be registered is not related to the size of the NVM.
