Hi, I'm using ISO1H816G to isolate the output from the MCU side, but I also need some PWM output.
Whether ISO1H816G able to generate PWM output?

Yes, ISO1H816G can be used for PWM applications
Note: Try to consider the propagation delay for your calculations. The minimum turn ON time should not be
effected just because of the propagation delay.
