Hello,
I plan to use the CY7C9689 TAXI compatible hotlink chip powered at 5V.
In the datasheet, the output level is VOH (min) = 2.4V. There is no typical values.
I plan to interface this component with a FPGA LVTTL compatible for a maximum 3.3V (+0.5V) input voltage.
Have you more recommendations for the TTL output voltage?

Hi,
The VOH range is 2.4V - VDD(5.0V ±10%), the datasheet specifies the VOH as such, which means the pin is outputting high level as long as the VOH equal to or larger than 2.4V. In your case of interfacing a 3.3V FPAG to CY7C9689, you may consider using a voltage-level translator component between them.
