Hi,

NOR Flash comes in various densities. You can visit the following page to get an idea of all the available NOR flash devices - Serial NOR Flash Memory

In each of these devices, each memory location holds 1 byte (8 bits) of data.

Hi,

Can you please specify what you mean by bit width? S25FL-L/S is a serial flash device and communicates using SPI protocol. It supports Single, Dual and Quad SPI modes.

Semper flash supports Single, Dual, Quad, Octal SPI modes and HyperBus Mode.

as weknow, CY15B128Q is 128kbit FRMA, is 16K*8Bit ,  so what's the norflash??
