Theta j-a : 37.7 degrees C/W
Theta j-b : 28.7 degrees C/W
Theta j-c : 10.9 degrees C/W
Maximum Junction Temp. : 125C (do not operate FLASH at 125C; erratic operation may occur)
Max. OPERATING Junct. Temp. : 98.57C (based at max. ambient indust. temp. of 85C).
