s25fl128s VHDL Library package

The s25fl128s VHDL testbench needs a 'spansion_tc_pkg' . Does anybody know where I can download this package?

Hi Michel,

We provide verilog models. We do not provide VHDL models.

We have 'spansion_tc_pkg' file available for our verilog model.

You can go to the link - http://www.cypress.com/simulation-models​, and download the verilog for S25FL128S.

Extract the files from the zipped folder, and you will find 'spansion_tc_pkg' inside the folder 'model'.

download and that does not include the spansion_tc_pkg...

    Dear Apurva,

    This s25fl128s.rar has indeed the spansion_tc_pkg included. I asume

that the website will be updated with this one.

    Know that there is a flaw in the file: s25fl128s.vhd.

    It took a while to figure out what was wrong but the definition of

Timingmodel is missing.
