For PPAP you need to create a support case in cypress.com.

   

Please go to http://www.cypress.com/ > Design Support > Create a support case.

   

Create the case under Quality Documentation queue and provide details of the customer name and customer part number, in addition to the MPN. Cypress quality documentation team will support you.
