Since S29GL01GP13FFIV10 is obsolete do you have a drop in compatible replacement?

Hello,

Yes, the package dimension (11mm x 13mm), ball pitch (1.0mm) and signal connections, are identical for both the S29GL01GPxx vs. S29GL01GTxx.

Infineon closest suggested migration path from the S29GL01GP13FFIV10 (90nM, 130nS) is to the S29GL01GS11FHIV10 (65nM, 110nS), or S29GL01GS12FHIV10 (65nM, 120nS) or S29GL01GT11FHIV10 (45nM, 110nS).  The S29GL-S and S29GL-T datasheets are attached for  your reference and review.  However, it is important to highlight that the lead times may be quite lengthy.

Do  S29GL01GP13FFIV10 and S29GL01GT11FHIV10 have the same footprint? or is a layout change required?
