Hello

The main difference is SDR and DDR. SDR reads the data at the rising edge of the external clock signal.
On the other hand, DDR reads data at the rising and falling edges of the external clock signal at each timing, so data can be simply transferred at twice the speed. However, when considering the actual transfer rate, it is necessary to consider the difference in Clock Rate (MHz) (example: Quad Read 66MHz / 133MHz).
