Hi All,
My company is using your S25FL512S 512 Flash Memory, and upon reading the data sheet I was unable to find any thermal resistance values for the Junction to board or the Junction to case. I was wondering if these could be provided?
Much appreciated,
Will Weaver
Show LessI am working on a solder joint fatigue analysis for a board that uses your S25FL132K0XNFI011 memory. Can you please tell me the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) for this part? Thanks!

1K P/E cycles = > xxx年
10K P/E cycles => xxx年
100K P/E cycles => xxx年

Show LessHello
Please tell me about S25FL256LAGNFB010 operation.
If the power supply voltage is input from 0V, and the input does not exceed 2.4V, what happens to the this device?
(Dose the device remain reset(stopped))?
Doesn't it work even if the input of 0<VDD<2.4(V) continues?

Show LessHi
Please support me..
How to set Burst Command and Burst Length in S25FL064L
I want to read the data sequentially from starting address 0x00000 to 0x7FFFFF(8MB Flash)
Thanks

Show LessMaybe I haven't had my coffee this morning. But I'm hung up on something in the Semper address space mapping.
I know that when a page is accessed two 32 byte half pages are accessed. And I'm aware that Semper uses "mirror bit" technology.
But I see a 2x issue with respect to the number of byte addresses in a sector and the size of the sector. I'm trying to understand what basic thing I'm overlooking.
Likely it's something obvious.
In the image below we have a 128KB sector with only 16 bits of address space... last I googled 16 bits define a 64K address space
By the same token a Uniform Sector layout of 256K byte sectors has an address range of 0x0-0x1FFFF (17 bits) which defines a 128K Addressing range not a 256K addressing range. I re read the documentation multiple times, but I can't figure out how to access 256K of unique bytes with only 128K of address space.
What big thing am I missing?
I'm looking at Document Number 002-12337 Rev O. Specifically the 256KB UniformSectorAddressMap.
What is it about SemperMirror Bit technology that I am missing where I can somehow access 256K bytes using 128K of unique addresses.
I thought it might be in the half page access, but its not clear. Help me understand. Thanks!
Show LessI'm looking to replace the S29AL016J (3V) NOR Flash with the S29AS016J (1.8V) part. Are there any constraints/issues/incompatibilities with that (R/W time, delays, etc.), that I need to be aware of? Thanks!
Show LessI added the official driver(V16.2.1) to ARM program.
First, I try to read chip ID, and return ID message like datasheet. Then I try to read addr 0x000000, and return 0xFF, to this step, everything seems fine. But when I try to erase/write data to addr 0x0000000, the reg of SR1V always 0xFF, and SR2V is 0x00. That show the chip is in busy state.
1. This is hardware connect. And SPI set is: CPOL = 0、CPHA = 0, CLK = 3MHZ.
2. This is code, just call the official driver.
3. This is the logic wave.

can u give some help about this
look forward to apply.
Show LessI have used AM29F040B for years and still in production. Last experience is that sometimes the device can degrade the code loaded. Is there any historic about this issue? Is there any situation that the memories can degrade the data loaded without any intentional write cycle during use?
