Dear supporter
Infineon TC3 family has Queued SPI function which can achieve serial interface.
Please let me know if Cypress Quad SPI NOR Flash memory would be suitable on communication with this function in the follwing clock rate.
Please refer to the following spec Page-2.
https://www.cypress.com/file/209446/download
And regarding this definition, "MBps" means mega Bit per sec ? Or mega Byte per sec ?
The following definition shows current consumption with several reading speeds in spec Page-2.
Is the high speed reading value in the following table depend on MCU baud rate setting ?
Regards,
Nino

The SPI clock frequency depends on the MCU and should not exceed the maximum frequency specified in the datasheet.

Also, could you please provide the OPN?

No order parts # for this customer, because just looking the spec as "S25FL256L / S25FL128L".
Please repy the bottom question. Thanks.

Let me ask an addition question on this topic.
There are two difinition in spec as "READ w/ 50MHz" and "High speed READ w/ 133MHz".
How customer can set the speed for reading w/ above spec ?
Let me know merit and demerit for normal reading and high speed reading on customer usage.
Regards,
Nino

Please check Section 8. Command in the datasheet :
There is a "READ" command and a "FAST_READ" command.
"READ" command supports up to 50MHz, while "FAST_READ" command supports up to 133MHz.
