Hi,

During FTP flashing, I am getting "type of Flash = 0x4 instead of 0x7e".  what could be the probable fault ?

I am not clear about your query.

What data you expect for "type of flash" field? Are you trying to read device ID?

Please provide more details about your application, and how you are using our flash in your application.
