Hi Team,

Please let me know Tjmax for S25FL256LAGNFB010.

I understand that Tj@Pdmax is 108.888℃ for S25FL256LAGNFB010.

･Tj@Pdmax = ( 18 x 0.216 ) + 105 = 108.888 (℃).

At this time, I am required Tjmax for S25FL256LAGNFB010, so please advise this.

Or, please provide Flash Memory version of AN4017.

･Absolute Maximum Junction temperature with the Power Applied = 125℃.(do not operate FLASH at 125C; operation is not guaranteed).

Answer: Yes your understanding is correct.

･Maximum Operating junction temperature = 108.9℃ (based at max ambient of +105C).

Answer: Based on my calculation, max operating junction temperature at Pd max should be as follow.

- theta ja = 18 degrees C/W

- max current = 50 mA

- max voltage = 3.6 V

- Pd max = 180 mW

- max. Operating junct. temp. = (106.8 C (based at max ambient of +105C)
