First question asked Welcome!

Currently, we are developing a product using S29GL512S11TFI020.

Writing to NOR flash uses STMicro's library, but there are some areas that cannot be saved.
Even if you check it by step execution, the value of the memory area does not change, so I do not think that the cause is the processing speed of the CPU.

Write start is from 0x68000000.

We are now at a loss because we don't know if this is due to the program, CPU, or NOR flash.

Hi

Can you please provide further more details on the issue:

1) How many parts have shown this issue?

2) Is the same memory location shown the programming error everytime or changes with the execution?

3) How many location is been programmed?

4) What is the data shown in the failed section of memory?

5) Can you share the commands used to write and erase?

6) Can you try earing the sector and then writing the same location?

Thanks,
Ronak
