2) Operating Junction Temperature (Tj) =  Same as #1

3) Junction - to - Ambient Thermal Resistance (Theta - JA) = 20 C/W

4) Junction - to - Case Thermal Resistance (Theta - JC) = 5.7 C/W

5) Power Dissipation = 198mW
