Space application for S25FL128SAGNFI003

I´m interested to get any information if the S25FL128SAGNFI003 flash memory have any documentation regarding space testing and evaluation.

We´ve got some indications from space electronics experts within our company that SEFI (Single Event Functional Interupt) could be a problem for this types of technologies in space. Do you have any information about that?

If you have any information about radiation susceptibility (RAD) for this component it would also be of great interest.

We´ll perform tests like (radiation susceptibility for example) later in this programme. But right now we would like to get more information from you as a manufacturer if you have performed any radiation/space grade testing for this component? A Reliability Qualification report would be interesting for us as well.
