Hi,

Please follow the data sheet of S25FL512S which is a Serial command set and footprint compatible with S70FL01GS devices. You can get the datasheet of S25FL512S from the following link: https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-S25FL512S_512_Mb_(64_MB)_3.0_V_SPI_Flash_Memory-DataSheet-v20...

From the Command Definitions in data sheet, you will find various command sequence diagrams for various operations.

You need to follow command sequence for the operation you want.

For write you need to follow Page Program (PP) operation which is mentioned on Page 107 of 161 data sheet.

To read operation you need to do Read Data Bytes (READ) operation which is mentioned on page 91 of 161 data sheet.
