S70FL01GS Zephyr Integration - JEDEC Info Needed

Hi,

I am integrating a S70FL01GSDPMFI010 NOR with a Nordic nRF52840 using QSPI and Zephyr RTOS. I need the following information but cannot seem to find it in any of the documentation.

JEDEC ID as manufactuer ID, memory type, memory density (Expected format is three byte values)

JESD216 Serial Flash Discoverable Parameters Basic Flash Parameters table (Expected format is 64 byte values)

Hi Chris,

S70FL01GS is a dual die stack of two S25FL512S die. Kindly see the S25FL512S datasheet for detailed information related to device id and SFDP.
