Alternative migration options are to the following ordering part numbers (OPN):
1). S29GL512T10DHI010 (D = 64-ball Fortif. BGA Package LAE064 9 x 9mm)
2). S29GL512T10FHI010 (F = 64-ball Fortif. BGA Package (LAA064) 13 x 11mm
NOTE: The OPN's detailed directly above are not pin compatible to the (G) 56-ball Fortif. BGA Package
VBU056 9 x 7mm.
