I am trying to figure out the sector erase timing. Specifically, there is a note in the timing information that states "In the pre-programming step of the Embedded Erase algorithm, all bits are programmed to 00h before erasure" and that this time is not included in the timing information.... so, how log is the pre-programming cycle of the sector erase algorithm ??

Hello,
The pre-programming cycle of the sector erase algorithm is
Typical - 0.49s + 0.5s = 0.99s
Max - 0.49s + 3.5s = 3.99s
Thank you
Regards,
Bushra
