I think the difference between S29AL016J70TFI010 and S29AL016J70TFI020 is the difference between top boot sector device and bottom boot sector device. Is there any revision required when using S29AL016J70TFI010 when using S29AL016J70TFI020?

Hello Yukitaka,

Yes, you are correct.  You should be able to use  either model 01 or model 02, without  any problems.  However, please do keep in mind that the Device ID's are different.

S29AL016J70TFI01x : model '01' = VCC = 2.7 - 3.6V, top boot sector device (CFI Support)
S29AL016J70TFI02x : model '02' = VCC = 2.7 - 3.6V, bottom boot sector device (CFI Support)
