I have 50 pcb-s where I can't read device and manufacture ID
component soldered, ABA analysis carried out, error goes with component
What could be the reason?
Another batch of components works without problems.

#DEV_ID=0x2A

Hello,

Can you please check with the customer on below questions:

  1. Do these problematic devices have the same OPN as the working ones?
  2. Did the customer test a problematic component on a known good board?
  3. Can they test with sending 0x9F command at both 1-1-1 mode and 4-4-4 mode?
  4. What is the clock frequency 0x9F command running at?
  5. Can they read out the CFR3V register value from both good and problematic devices and send to us?

Thank you

Regards,

Bushra
