ESD HBM : Passed ±2KV. So, JEDEC Classification Level is 2.

The base material of the lead frame is Cu, and external lating is Sn100%,.

The ESD(HBM) ratings for S25FL128SAGMFIR01 (16-pin SO package) is not available. However the ESD (CDM) is Passed 1.0 kV

Terminal finish for M = 16-pin SO package is Matte Tin Plating.
