客户的主料默认启用Quad模式,为了与主料保持一致有Quad位出厂默认为1的料可选吗?,另外关于手册中的命名规则,请问按照后缀注释,这颗料的3Pin和14Pin默认是RFU吗?Tks!

ENGLISH TRANSLATION :
S25FL128SAGMFI000 is to disable Quad mode by default. Can you choose to enable Quad by default?
The customer's main material is enabled by default in the Quad mode. In order to be consistent with the main material, is the Quad position factory default 1 material selectable? In addition, regarding the naming rules in the manual, please follow the suffix notes. Is the 3Pin and 14Pin of this material the RFU by default? Tks!
ANSWER :
In regards to the Config. Register (CR1[1]) for the S25FL128Sxx, it is a non-volatile bit, and the factory default mode
is set to "ZERO" = serial or dual mode. The user must set CR1[1] QUAD mode bit to "ONE" to enable the S25FL128Sxx
into the QUAD mode. The CR1[1] QUAD mode bit is non-volatile. Therefore, during a power-on RESET or power disruption,
the programmed value of CR1[1] remains as "ONE."
In regards to the S25FL128SAGMFI00x Ordering Part Number (OPN), 16-pin SO (300-mil) package, pin-3 and pin-14
are labeled as "RFU."
Model Number Options :
S25FL128SAGMFI00x : "0" = pin-3 and pin-14 are both "RFU" as specified directly above
S25FL128SAGMFIG0x : "G" = pin-3 = RESET# / pin-14 = "RFU"
S25FL128SAGMFIR0x : "R" = Pin-3 = RESET# / pin-14 = "Vi/o"
Hope this helps....
