Hi,

Only S25FL127S and S25FL512S devices from S25FL-S family support Read Serial Flash Discoverable Parameters (RSFDP).

It is not supported in other S25FL-S devices.

Can you suggest one part which has similar electrical specification specially VIO range of 1.65V to 3.6V with SFDP option available. Size 128Mb.

Hi Sanjeev,

Unfortunately we do not have part which have both VIO option and support SFDP.

Other than S25FL127S, S25FL128L also support SFDP but both do not have VIO option.

S25FL127S is a product developed mainly for small packaging by eliminating less requested functions and adjusting its performance. For applications that require the full-feature set and higher performance, such as DDR, Vio, faster program/erase timing, and so on, it is recommended that you strongly consider S25FL128S.
