Hello,

Do you know where I can find the Tjc (thermal resistance junction to case) and max operating junction temperature for the S25FL128LAGNFB013?

The datasheet only states the Tja (thermal resistance junction to ambient) parameter and the ambient temperature.

Hello Jason,

The thermal parameters are as follows:

Theta j-a : 32 degrees C/W

Theta j-b :  7.8 degrees C/W

Theta j-c :  12.6 degrees C/W

Max. Oper. Junct. temp :  110.76 degrees C
