I need to read the Ready/Busy [RY/BY#] signal with a 3.3V device. Can I pull-up to 3.3V when the IO voltage is 1.8V? Save a level translator if I can without damaging the device. It is open drain and the core reference is 3.3V but the IO is 1.8. I don't see this documented in the data sheet.
S70GL02GT is the memory type

Hello,
In the datasheet All pins other than RESET# max rating is Vio +.5V. Therefore unfortunately you cannot put 3.6V on RY-BY when VIO is 1.8V.
Thank you
