Hello
I have a question about clock specification of Semper flash(Hyperbus, Octal)
I'm interested in below products;
- Hyperbus : S26HS512TGABHB003
- Octal : S28HS512TGABHM013
and I wonder if those two Semper products support these clocks or not;
- 200MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 166MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 133MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 100MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 90MHz(DDR)
- 50MHz(SDR)
When I search the datasheets, it seems they only support 200/167MHz, is it correct?

Hyperbus : S26HS512TGABHB003 device supports up to 200Mhz DDR and up to 166MHz SDR. Therefore it will support the below options -
- 200MHz(DDR)
- 166MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 133MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 100MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 90MHz(DDR)
- 50MHz(SDR)
Octal : S28HS512TGABHM013 device supports up to 200MHz DDR and up to 200MHz SDR. Therefore it will support the below options -
- 200MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 166MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 133MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 100MHz(DDR, SDR)
- 90MHz(DDR)
- 50MHz(SDR)
