As the title, please help to provide an alteration for this 4Mbit SPI NOR flash. The higher capacity is acceptable.

Hello,

We suggest you to use our new device S25FL064L device (64Mbit serial NOR flash) to replace S25FL204K in your application. Unfortunately, we do not have a 4 Mbit serial NOR flash to suggest as a replacement. You can see more details about our device S25FL064L from the datasheet available at: https://www.cypress.com/file/316661/download . Please note that S25FL064L does not support HOLD# feature.
