Please confirm the handling of the BYTE# pin of the S29GL512T11DHIV10.
Currently, it is only used in x16 mode, but the BYTE# pin is recognized as x16 by default due to internal pullup.
Therefore, external processing of BYTE# pins is not necessary, but is it correct?

Hi,
The BYTE# pin is described in the datasheet as follows.
”The BYTE# pin has an internal pull-up. Though not required in a x16 only system, the pin should be connected to high (e.g. VIO)”
When using the device in word mode (DQ15~DQ0 active), it is necessary to apply a Logic-High voltage externally.
(The reason why it says "Though not required in a x16 only system" is probably because some families have fixed x16 model numbers (no BYTE# pin))
