Parameter Sector Size of S25FL1-K is described N/A in data sheet.

On the other hands, that of S25FL-P is 4kB.

What is meaning of "N/A"?

Does "N/A" mean parameter sector is 1 byte?

Thank you for contacting Cypress.

I think you must be talking about the following table in S25FL1-K datasheet.

This table is comparison to S25FL-P which has the MirrorBit technology and no uniform sector Architecture.  The FL-P has 16 4KB parameter sector at the top or bottom of the array.  The FL1-K is Floating gate technology and has uniform 4KB/32KB/64KB sectors, therefore a N/A for having parameter sectors.

For example, S25FL132KOXNFV010 is divided into 4kB x 1024.

4kB sectors are used as both parameter sector and general memory sector.

At this case, Cypress describe parameter sector size of S25FL132KOXNFV010 is N/A.

Is my understanding correct?
