Thanks for prompt reply.

Is it possible to communicate in Quad mode? Or is it only single mode by S25FL-S and S25FL-L Family?

Is there any compatible for S25HL-T Family, too?

Best regards,

KHON

Hi KHON,

S25FL-S and S25FL-L  both are capable of communicating in Quad mode.

Regarding compatibility of S25HL-T, I am checking internally.

Thank you.

Hi KHON,

I would like to confirm that S25HL-T device is compatible.

However, I would like to clarify my previous answer regarding quad mode. All Flash devices can communicate only in Single I/O with Aurix TC3x. Indeed the Flash itself (S25FL-S, S25FL-L, S25HL-T) can supports Quad I/O but Aurix only has single I/O.

Thank you and Regards.
