NC pin connection for NOR Flash

Hello,

Could you please tell the recommended connection of NC pin?

I know open is recommended but our customer have plan to connect NC pin to 3.3V power line through 10khom resister.

Is it acceptable?

Hello  Shohei-san

Since there is no internal physical or electrical connection from the die to the lead frame, it is safe to connect the NC pin with power supply or signal wires.
