I need some insights regarding MTBF or FIT rate at around 45-50 ºC of the S70FL01GSDSMFV010.

The S70FL01GSDSMFV010 contains two S25FL512SDSxx dies assembled into the 16-pin SO package.  Therefore, the Mean-Time-to-Failure (MTTF) is 19,026 yrs.

FITS @+55C, with 60% confid. level is :  Early Life =  27  /  Inherent Life = 6

No data exists for MTBF or FIT rate at 45-50 ºC.
