WHat is the difference between command 02 and command 12? Is it the number of address bytes, or the page size in bytes (256 VS 512), or both?

Hello,
The main difference is the number of address bytes . The 02h command supports both 3bytes and 4bytes addressing according to CFR2V[7] while the 12h command works always in 4-bytes addressing mode.
The page size is selected through CFR3V[4].
Best regards,
Bacem
