There is a description on the sector address range (x8) on page 7 of this document.

1G Device: SA1023　7FF0000h-7FFFFFFh

512M Device: SA511 3FF0000h-3FFFFFFh

However, these devices have 128 KB uniform sectors, So, is this the correct address?

1G Device: SA1023　7FE0000h-7FFFFFFh

512M Device: SA511 3FE0000h-3FFFFFFh

Hello Shimamura-san,

Your understanding is correct.

For x8 address, the last starting address should be XFE0000h-XFFFFFFh.

I will try to contact documentation team to confirm and update it. Once it released I will let you know.
