Hi,

Thank you for contacting Infineon Technologies.

Within the S29GL032A90TFIR40H Ordering Part Number (OPN) suffix, the "H" is for
Infineon's internal tracking purposes only and is transparent to the end user.
The "H" is not included as part of the Ordering Part Number (OPN).

The "H" does not have any influence in regard to form, fit, function and/or operation
as a whole.
