Soft Error Rate discussion on NvRAM in thread from 10/16/2018 06:00PM provided a Report file to the discussion initiator. Are similar SEU/SEL report files available on NvRAM parts STK14C88-3NF35I and CY14B256LA-SZ25XIT?

Show Less- CY15B004Q does not have unique SN features, neither the OP commands regarding to this functionality.
- CY15B004Q does not allow fast reads or writes.
- CY15B004Q has only 4Kbit (512 * 😎 instead of 1Mbit (128k * 8).
- CY15B004Q has a logic bug in the state machine, where the OP code byte 0x0A does not trigger clearing the WEL bit.
- CY15B004Q has 0 - 16 Mhz speed instead of FM25V10 0-40Mhz.
Using FM28V202AVERILOG simulation model
After compiling in the Quartus 16.1 environment, the following I got the following error message.
Error (10106): Verilog HDL Loop error at FM28V202.v(161): loop must terminate within 5000 iterations

I have interfaced cy14b101i-sfxi with my NXP Processor. While checking the read write operation, rtc, i am not getting any data? Can you help me to resolve the issue?
Attaching the interface diagram of my design? Please let me know the connections are correct or not? Also, what will be the status of HSB pin my design?

Hi All.
We encounter problems with the FM28V020-TG labelled FM28V020-TG G619370 1901 TW. They simply don't work. No write, always reading 0xFF on all addresses.
Same chip labelled FM28V020-TG G620704 1719 CHI is working as expected.
We can reproduce this problem with three of the 1901 TW on our hardware. All other hardware is fitted with 1719 CHI types.
Are there any known issues on this 1901 TW production batch?

Show LessI met a problem that I could detect signal output on the SDO pin of PIC microcontroller with oscilloscope, but the SO pin of FM25V05 did not reply to the data. When the SDO pin of PIC microcontroller or the SI pin of FM25V05 was touched by the conductor, the SO pin of FM25V05 would have data transmitted.
I have also checked that the soldering reliability is okay, on several boards, how can I fix this problem
