Hi, before few days I successfully read ID number of my CY15B102Q memory which is 7F7F7F7F7F7F C2 25 C8h. I'm working using breadboard and today it seemed like there were some connection problems because I couldn't read data - each byte gave value 0. I checked some connection on breadboard and it seemed to start working but just in case I tried to read ID number of my CY15B102Q. For my surprise now the only value I could get was 7F 7F 7F 7F 7F 7F 70 25 08h. Everything else seems to work fine. What might be the reason for this?
