May I know What’s difference between Rev. A, B and G on IC marking?
Did they mean the different FAB from?

Please find below the marking difference.
A – DMOS 5 (8” fab) without PO2 (second passivation layer)
G – DMOS 5 (8” fab) with PO2 (second passivation layer)
B – DMOS 6 (12” fab) with PO2 (second passivation layer)
