Please let me know how to calculate the data retention value of the FRAM part FM24V10-G, when operated at different temperature.

For calculating the effective data retention period when the device is operated at different temperatures, please refer to the section "OS Retention Life Predication for Customized Temperature Profiles " in the white paper attached.An example case is also given and the steps for calculation is given in this section. Similarly you can calculate the effective data retention time by applying your conditions.

Thank you. The white paper does the longevity calculations for Grade 1 F-RAM. What about Grade 3 F-RAM?

Yes you are right the example is for Grade 1. But the calculation holds good for Grade 3 FRAM also. The longevity calculation for Grade 3 is also done using the same equation. And you can take L(Tmax) as 10 years in the case of Grade 3.
