Hei,
we are using the FM25C160B-G in our desisgns now, but this one is hard to get. Is it possible to use the FM25V02 family for this one, or do you have other alternatives?

Kind regards,

Hi @RobAS ,

In our portfolio, we don't have a 16-Kb pin-pin replacement for this part. However, we have a 16-Kb part- FM25L16B-G, but it is a 3V part(operating Vcc-2.7 V to 3.6 V).

We also have a 64-Kb part- FM25640B-G, which is the closest replacement for your part.

Thanks,

Ritwick
