I am going to set up FM22L16 and FM28V202A. Can you guide me, please which microcontroller you suggest for these memories?

Hi @GoKo_4683011 ,

You can use any microcontroller with these FRAM memories. There is no restriction as such. You can pick any microcontroller from Infineon as well like PSoC4 or PSoC6 or any other.
