Dear all,

We assume that the speed (25ns or 45ns) is the only  difference between STK12C68-SF45TR and STK12C68-SF25TR.

Is this correct?

In other wolds, does the customer need to check anything else besides speed difference as they replace   STK12C68-SF45TR to STK12C68-SF25TR?

Thank you,Shun Furusawa

Hello Furusawa San,

If you are referring to marking on the top of device yes it will change since speed is different for both the parts.

You can refer to our marking format from the link given below ;

I missed mentoning some parameters whaich differ in both the parts. ICC and stand by current are different for both parts as speed is different. Write cycle and Recall cycle time are also different. Please refer timing parameters in datasheet.

Thanks,

Krishna.

Hello Furusawa San,

There is no difference between the parts apart from Speed.

But please note that both parts are not recommended for new designs now and are obsolete. If the customer is planning to replace STK12C68-SF45TR  teh best alternatice is CY14E256LA-SZ25XI.

Please refer the datasheet from the link given below :

Thanks,

Krishna.

Hi Krishna-san,

Thank you for your reply!

How about the marking? Do they differ?

They understand that both parts are NRND.
