Hi @GlenLee,

As parallel nvSRAM parts operate at lower frequencies and have a simple parallel interface, we don't have a doc specifying the guidelines.

However, for NVSRAM parts, we recommend the following:

> Length matching should be done, and the maximum difference allowed is 1 inch.

> Decoupling capacitors should be placed on power supply lines.

> A pull-up resistor should be placed on either the CE# or WE# line.

> We recommend performing signal integrity simulations using IBIS models and adding series or parallel termination resistances if required.

Thanks,

Ritwick

Hi Ritwick,

Could we let customer refer SRAM Board Design Guidelines  ?

   Is should be similar ?

Hi @GlenLee,

Yes, the customer can refer to that whitepaper, but please ask them to take into account the above-mentioned points.

Thanks,

Ritwick
