I need to find a replacement for FM25L04-G. What is the difference between FM25L04B-G and CY15B004Q-SXA? I need a solution for the next 5+ years.

FM25L04B-G will work as a replacement for FM25L04-G. You may refer to AN317 for confirmation.

Differences-

> CY15B004Q-SXA is an automotive part, so this part is AEC-Q100 compliant.

> Also, there are differences in ESD Voltage values. For the values, please refer to the datasheet for CY15B004Q-SXA and FM25L04B-G - pg# 11 & 12, respectively.

I need to check if FM25L04B-G is available for the next 5+ years internally. I will get back to you at the latest on this.
