I have a new ul0 stick and a new TLE92104 App kit.  The Toolbox does not see the USB on the stick - it comes up in the windows devices page as an XMC Update Device.  The Log in the Config wizard tells me th:

Could not retrieve firmware version.
Cannot receive requested data from external device. USB timeout: cannot supply DIAGNOSTIC_TIMER("?;?;2:uIO.ADC"). 4 bytes needed, 0 available.

The red ERR LED on the stick is on and the US LED is off. I have 3V3 and 5V LEDs on and a slowly flashing ACT LED.

Can you help please?

To establish communication between the GUI and the TLE92104 APPKIT you must:
• Connect the TLE92104 Appkit to a power-supply.
• Connect the uIO-stick to the TLE92104 APPKIT.
• Connect the uIO-stick to a USB port of your PC.
• Turn on the power supply.
• Start the GUI.
Note: The GUI requires the uIO-sticks'-firmware to be of version 2.21 or above.

The GUI can be used to install the software to control the device or update the uIO-stick firmware to the latest version:
1. Open the GUI.
2. Click Extras.
3. Click Update uIO ….
4. A window will pop up, click Yes.
5. Select uIO_v221.hex or above.
6. Click Open

For more information on the application of TLE92104 AppKit, please refer to the user manual located in the product page: https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/evaluation-boards/tle92104-23qx-appkit/#!documents

Thanks Yananwang.

I thought that the newly purchased stick would have an appropriate firmware in it.
